MISSION STATEMENT

At Platform School of Dance we strive to create a fun and friendly atmosphere in all our classes. We believe in an easy, relaxed atmosphere where students of all ages can come and enjoy learning new routines and techniques

ABOUT US

Platform School of Dance is based in Winchester and the surrounding areas. We hold classes for both adults and children in Street, Latin American, Ballroom and Freestyle.

Platform School of Dance was founded in October 2005. The business was awarded a grant from the University of Winchester and later on won Start Up Business of the Year in 'The Winchester Business Excellence Awards.' The company has gone from strength to strength and the school has grown rapidly over the years.

The owner, Sarah Provins, has worked hard to build a good reputation for the dance school and now holds annual dance shows at The Berry Theatre and dance exams for all the pupils.

Our classes are currently held at Westgate Lower School, St Faith's Parish Hall, King's Somborne Village Hall, Barton Stacey Primary School, South Wonston Primary School, Henry Beaufort School, St Swithuns and Princes Mead School.
